Why this exists
The payout hit the bank. The books did not.
Multi-channel sellers do not need another order importer. They need the deposit and the journal entry to be the same number.
Webgility leaves Walmart and eBay behind
Amazon posts. Walmart recon and eBay managed payouts land as a pile of fees, or do not land at all. Your books look fine until the bank feed does not.
A native QBO dump is not a settlement
Bank rules and Sales Receipts explode every SKU onto the P&L. You get volume, not a payout. The deposit still does not match.
A2X is excellent — and priced like you already won
If you sell on two or three channels and are not yet an enterprise, you should not need a $200+ stack to post one journal entry per payout.
Three steps
From payout report to matched deposit.
Each deposit gets one entry and one bank check.
Connect the channels you already sell on
Amazon SP-API, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay managed payments. Import settlements — or start from the sample data in this demo.
Post one journal entry per payout
Sales, refunds, fees, ads, and the residual clearing amount. The debit to clearing equals the money that hits the bank.
Match the bank deposit and close the period
When the deposit lands, ClearPayout shows the $0 difference. Exceptions stay visible instead of disappearing into undeposited funds.

What we don’t do
ClearPayout is a settlement layer. If a tool promises listings, pick-pack, and your P&L in one login, that is a different product — and usually why Walmart still does not match.
- Inventory, WMS, or warehouse workflows
- Per-order bookkeeping or SKU-level invoices
- QuickBooks Desktop
- COGS, assemblies, or landed-cost costing
- Replacing your 3PL or listing tool
